MAK Consulting Group was founded in 2013 by three partners with deep roots in food manufacturing. The MES platforms of the day were rigid, dated, and built to lock manufacturers into proprietary systems — so we built our own: a modern, fully customizable framework designed around each plant's process, not the other way around.
Today, our team of 60+ specialists supports more than 350 sites in 40 countries from our offices in Brantford and Burlington, Ontario, and Glasgow, UK — spanning food & beverage, confectionery, and infant formula production.
